		<description>Does it really pay to switch back and forth?  We&#039;ve had dish network for years now and have always been pretty happy with them.  I believe they also have a deal that if you switch to paperless billing you get one of the movie packages for a penny a month, or at least they used to we&#039;ve had it for over a year and it never shows up on our statement because we&#039;re paperless.
