The Daleks

They are considered to be the major enemies of the Doctor. In the year 1963, the Daleks appeared and they are the show’s first monsters. The Daleks are armored with mechanical casing like a tank. They are said to be the worst among Doctor Who’s enemies because all they feel is hate. They show no-mercy to their victims and they make sure that their enemies will perish. The Doctor is the only one who can stand against them and every now and then they appear to create chaos.

The Daleks’ main goal is to destroy those who get in their way and rule the world. Davros is the one responsible for the creation of the Daleks. From then on, the character is continuously re-incarnated in the different series of the Doctor Who show. Then in the year 1999, the Daleks appeared in a postage stamp in regards with the celebration of British popular culture.

The Master

The character is the nemesis of the Doctor and was first introduced in Doctor Who in the year 1971. The Master and the Doctor have similar abilities though the Master is more powerful when it comes to hypnotism. He is by far the most intelligent Doctor Who enemy since he is able to know the Doctor’s every move. But still every enemy has its weakness and with the Master his weakness is his being obsessive.

Cybermen

In Doctor Who, the most persistent enemy is the Cybermen. These are cyborgs which are said to come from Mondas, the Earth’s twin planet. Artificial parts were embedded in their bodies to be able to preserve themselves until they were turned to cyborgs. They still have emotions but are only tapped when they are aggressive. The Cybermen appeared in Doctor Who several times attempting to rule the world.

Other noted villains in the Doctor Who show are the Sontarans, the Sea Devils, the Zygons, Davros, the Silurians, Ice Warriors and the Rani.
